I have had such a hectic week, but I’m sure that’s not news to anyone. This time of year we all get stretched to our limits, as food bloggers it seems even worse for us. Besides all of our normal daily activities and chores, baking, decorating, shopping and everything else under the sun, we also have to keep up on our blogs. That means extra cooking, crafting or what ever you manage to squeeze in……sigh I did receive a very nice parcel from across the pond! My friend Sarah-Jane from Silicone Moulds sent me some lovely Crown Top Mufin Moulds!!! She had been trying to replicate Starbucks killer muffins, and it ooks like she succeeded!! Sarah-Jane also included some lovely cupcake papers and she was nice enough to send me two sets, which means I get to give one set away to one of my readers! How cool is that!! Thanks Sara-Jane!! The company I work for Flik Independent School Dining has a Gingerbread contest every year for our schools to compete in. Usually the Chef does all of the work, or most of the work.
